LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF THE PROGRAM Pascal Next version 2.1
This license agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an agreement concluded between the end user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Nikita Borisovich Kultin (hereinafter referred to as the "Author") regarding the Author's software product specified in the title of the document (hereinafter referred to as the "Program"), which includes the Program itself and the documentation built into it. By reproducing, distributing or otherwise using the Program, the User thereby accepts the terms of the Agreement. If the User does not accept the terms of the Agreement, then he does not have the right to use the Program.
1. SUBJECT OF THE LICENSE
The subject of the license is the right to use the Program, in relation to which the Author claims that it is a product of his intellectual activity and all copyright and other rights to it belong to the Author.

All copyrights to the Program belong to the Author. The Program is protected by copyright laws and international treaties, as well as the provisions of other laws and international treaties in the field of intellectual property. The program is licensed, not sold.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The User is responsible for any use of the Program. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Author disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including those regarding the Program's merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Author disclaims liability for any damages (including actual damages and lost profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the Program, even if the Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All possible total liability of the Author for compensation of damage to the User under the Agreement cannot exceed an amount equivalent to one US dollar.
